How to turn down or adjust the beep volume?
We do it via a secret menu.
To access the secret menu:
Hold “CLEAR” and plug the cable.
Then select
“1” to Decrease Value
“3” to Increase Value
“5” to Switch Menu
“ENTER” Save
How to change my pinpad from Dualcom to HID?
Hold “ENTER” plug cable to access USB/Serial Menu
“1” for USB Mode
“2” for Virtual COM Port
